Thank you so much for your help.  Everything is working great!

If I look at the email address where you enter text it does not have quotes.  If I click the fx button it shows the quotes.  It shows under actions as =fxSet a field's value: email1=smithnancy@abc.com I do not get the popup and I put my email in as the email address to see if I receive it and I do not.
