I don't do anything in the code, just associate a code behind for the infopath form. And this problem is just occurs on infopath, other document( .docx, .pptx....) is ok.

hi, I have designed a simple infopath form template using InfoPath 2007, and it contain managed code(does not do anything). I set it to "Fully Trust", signed the form and publish it to a local folder. Then I can open and fill it normally using administrator account. but when I use a normal user, open the form will take at least 1 minute, ...
