Unfortunately it is not in the recycle bin anymore. Evenmore, I have created a test site to reproduce the problem. When I delete the Form Templates list, and try to restore it from the recycle bin, I get the message that it already exists.

Hi,  Accidentally some user has deleted the Form Templates library from a site. Now it seems impossible to install a browser enabled form anymore. If I try to create a library called FormServerTemplates, then the url is site\FormServerTemplates1. Appearantly underwater the library FormServerTemplates still exists, but the Form Templates ...
