The "Secondary Data Connections" issue also helped me.
I was getting this error when I tried to close a form. Creating a new form, filling it out, and saving it caused no issues, but if you re-opened the form and tried to do anything else (save or close) you received the error. I ended up deleting a data connection to a SharePoint list ...
