Once the workflow is designed in visual studio and coding has been done, u can deploy that to sharepoint using stsadm command. It is very useful command line tool. This stsadm command is there in BIN folder in 12 hive. Following command is used to deploy the workflow :  stsadm.exe -o installfeature -filename workflowFeature/Feature.xml ...
