When you click the Approved or In Progress link in the workflow column on a form, it give you a list or workflow history of all the steps that the flow has went through.  How can I access this if it is part of SharePoint?  Here is a copy and paste of the data I want to grab: Workflow Status: Purchase Requisition Work ...

I am using an InfoPath form and a workflow approval process on MOSS 2007.  Is there any way to append the workflow approval history to the end of the form itself?  I need to have some type of verification on the form to show that it has passed through the proper approvers, kind of like a signature.   Thanks John
