Hi,   I also faced this kind of problem while implementing this feature in my project.The work around i had done is i just placed the Url of the form in the Outlook email body.So user can open the form by just clicking on the Url.

Hi, This error might be the wrong "Person_Responsible" ,"End_Date" Xpaths that we mention in the while loop code.Please replace "Person_Responsible" ,"End_Date" xpath's in while loop with the corresponding attribute names in secondary schema.

Hi, I also faced the same problem in my project and I fixed this issue by switching to an empty view before sending the Email. So that no form will be embedded into the email body, only the content that you place will be displayed in the body of the email.
