I am trying to print a form using the standard XDocument.PrintOut(); command, but I keep getting a permissions error.  Normally, this would mean that the form is not set to Full Trust.  However, this is not the case here as the form is fully trusted.  What else can I check?  I know I am missing something.  ...

In my form I am trying to pass a date to a stored procedure.  However, everytime I submit I get an error because of the formatting of the date: 2008-10-2T15:53:51.  I have tried using the toDate() method, but the form always throws an error about how the method is not supported.  So my question is how do you pass a date to SQL in ...

 The image is simply a company logo that is at the top of the form.  This is important because the form is being printed.

Thanks for the information.  I did as you suggested, but the image still disappears.  It always shows the first time, but not after that.  I'm not sure why this wouldn't work, seeing as how the path to the image is hardcoded in the form.

Thanks for the reply.  How do you insert an image from a URL?  I do not see that option.  I uploaded the image into a public library on SP, but when I go to insert an image there is not an option to use a URL as the source.  Thanks.
