 due to other issue we have had on our server we already had Method 2: Disable the loopback check in place. Anyother suggestions?

 Do you where I find that option I looked at my services and saw that SQL Server FullText Search is running?

 Thanks for the Response No it does not.  The only thing it has is an informational notice that says "Creating Qdabra database ..." right before the error.  And I did make sure that the NT AUTHORITY\NETWORK SERVICE and the correct server roles in the SQL Server Management.
