Hi Clay,  Im afraid i am still running into the error. I have got a service account called 'srvqdabra', this has sysadmin on the sql box. I have entered this to run the qdabra web service under this account but still 503 error. I also get the error when trying it with the sa logon. Any more ideas?  Thanks, Alex
