InfoPath Dev

i am using IE where can i find  Integrated Windows Authentication? on the internet option, i have set intranet security to low, and privacy lwvel to low. but it seems i cant find that option.  for the second thing, i can run query from auery analyzer to that database but i can't get the form working.  

sorry for double posting. but the problem still exists when i open the form on a browser, do i have to store the odc file on sharepoint server?
