Hi Clay, Thank You for the response. The allow overwrite is located in the Submit setup dialog boxes. I just checked its and good (checked). I'm a collection admin on the Sharepoint site in question, so I should have rights to do anything I want in the site.  I'm thinking it might have something to do with the save dialog popping up ...
