Madhu i have had that problem before as well. Does your company use a proxy server? If so try removing unchecking use proxy server and see if that works. If your form authenticates properly now, try adjusting your proxy server settings to not use the proxy for http://<servername>.

So far i have tested 3 of the ~15 computers and it was all a problem with thier user settings. When i logged in under my name and the computer created an account for me on their computer for the first time, I was able to open the infopath forms and all controls were working properly.

I am have a strange problem and have searched everywhere to try and find the answer. Hopefully someone here has had this issue before and can help.
