I agree.  There needs to be a language filter for the site or at least a filter that can be set by the user. Seeing the homepage with all that Japanese gives the user the impression that they are not on the correct homepage and like me ends up spending 10 minutes looking for a button or filter that says "English". ;)  Great ...

I have just recently watched a video presented by Microsoft that demonstrated archiving form data into PDF files.  This also enables better printing. Does anyone know how this is done. I see no pull down option from the SharePoint form Library that allows me to convert the document (as they do in the video). Thank you for your help. Tim
