install windows xp pro tablet pc sdk 1.7 after that you should be able to use and ink picture with any mouse or pointing device such as a signature pad. I have a toughbook but it doenst have xp tablet installed i just have xp pro, and i installed the sdk and the ink features then worked. its not as good as having xp tablet but it works
