When submitting an InfoPath form to email is there a way to hide the 'send ' dialog box with all of the email address info?

I have a series of 5 hyperlinks each http://link ?ID=1http://link ?ID=2http://link ?ID=3http://link ?ID=4http://link ?ID=5 Once someone clicks on the hyperlink, I want the ID number to populate a field in my InfoPath form.
