I have made a very simple form for some of the staff here at work. It is an evaluation form with radio buttons for each question, yes,no,other.
The form works great, however when you print (or look at print preview) the radio buttons are set as default ''other''.)
The settings i have on the radio button are,
name - x
type - field(element)
data ...
