Hi guys, I've created this Purchase Order form, published and submit it in the Sharepoint site. But when the form is successfully submitted, I couldn't see the submitted form on my sharepoint library. I actually did this before, with the same form just on different site. It worked well. But it didnt on this new Sharepoint site.
