struggling with this

 Ok so that was the wrong tutorial.  Will post again later with results.

This whole process has been so insanely difficult, with all these custom fields relying on each other, and now interfacing with the lists.  Learning to use all the SP libraries in sharepoint was tough enough but infopath has just been horrendous.   Is there a reason I shouldn't just recommend to my company that we ditch this entire ...

I have tried a test form, I even tried a form you yourself posted as an example, and no matter what I do outlook doesn't populate the e-mail.  Maybe it's an issue with the email client?  I tried outlook and thunderbird and neither worked.  I am using IP 2013 on Windows 10.  Does it always need to go through outlook to ...
