Below are a couple of screen shots if that help. I noticed one thing on your screen shot that you would need to use either margin-top or margin-bottom(I suggest to modify the top form using its ID and margin-bottom style, set it to -15px). Let me know if that helps.    

Suggestion one: You have to move the script editor web part out of the middle of the two. Edit the script editor web part and drill down the layout link and change the web part zone to 0, so that way you can move it to the top of the form. Hi, Do this, edit the infopath form webpart and insert a margin bottom/above css style. But first get the webpart I'd by pressing the F12(developer tool). Let me know if the issue still persisting.
