I am creating a needs analysis form to help managers build their own performance objectives. I've created a form and inserted an optional group with 4 fields (2 drop-down pick lists and 2 free text boxes). If one manager has (let's say) 5 objectives to build I'd like them to submit it once on a single form and collect all 20 field's data at once ...
