InfoPath Dev

Just found out that infopath service is not configured, and it cannot be configured. Admin can't enabled it due to some policy, etc. I think I need to find other way to do it in SharePoint.

Hi Hilary, I managed to get it work now! Yay! However, I've published the form to a SharePoint. How do I make people without InfoPath to submit the form in SharePoint?

I followed this guide - http://www.infopathdev.com/blogs/greg/archive/2005/07/14/Create-a-Repeating-Cascading-List-from-a-Flat-Data-Source.aspx it works for 1st and 2nd drop downs but it doesn't work for 3rd drop down.
