InfoPath Dev

Hi, I have two repeating sectons on my form. Before submitting the form I need to be able to check if either repeating section contains a specifc value in one of it's repeating fields. I need to be able to do this with rules, not code. Is this possible? Thanks

I'm having a problem using SSL web services in my Infopath form. The URL is changed at the time the form is loaded. It's fine using http but fails if I use https.
