Hi I Fixed the problem. In my case you don't need to change Context file. Please go to WebApp Folder in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\..... . Then Open Web.Config And find . Then Change it to . Run IISReset.

Hi Could you fix the problem? I have the same problem in Sharepoint 2013 after upgrading from Sharepoint 2007.
