 Thank you Hilary ! Sure I talked to myself but it helped me solve my problem. I should not be scared of making tests. And I'm about to post another question because I'm facing another weird problem... 

 UPDATE : I solved my problem by doing what I said with the workflow strategy. I create a workflow on both my lists, updated my list fields (it took a really long time to update each field manually) and I deleted the current item with a condition (some fields were a bit modified through my query).
