Hi, I have managed to resolve it, i was missing the option to first right click on each button and button property and set it to Rules first. and then i could applied two separate rules that serves the purpose. Thanks for your time.

Thanks for your quick reply, really appreciate it. When you say 'set status' , what Rule type (formatting, action etc) needs to apply and how on each button? Because i can only create 'Formatting' rule type and not the 'Action' rule type (which is always disabled). I am able to create Actions but they don't seem to ...
