I'm just curious but why would a company use Infopath to begin with? That is, versus traditional web forms and so forth? I'm a web developer thus maybe this is why I might be a bit biased :)

I've discovered that using a distinct datasource for each drop down will enable me to obtain the desired results. So far, it works. However, I still can't update two of the drop downs based on a previously selected drop down. I've setup the filter on the drop down and added the rules to requery the datasource. All I get is an empty drop ...
