Hi, I'd have a list of specified "reviewers". I'm not sure if this list should be kept on SharePoint and have the SharePoint user login compared with a list of reviewers. Or compare the SharePoint login with a predefined list within InfoPath?

 Hello again, While this message was in queue for approval, I stumbled across the solution. The Rule or Function was backwards to what I was expecting to need to do. In my destination Text box, I set a function to look back at the selection of the Option buttons and to update the Text box if there is a change in the Option buttons. Erik

 What if you are not using a SharePoint data source? Instead, the value of the dropdown were manually entered? Thanks,  Erik
