 Hi Hilary , sorry for the late reply. Thanks for your valuable input. I have just created filename field in the data source and based on this field I have checked is blank & Is not blank conditions in two different buttons its works fine for me.Now it its updating same form.    

 I have created two form library (Form Source & Form Destination )  in SharePoint. Using designer workflow I copied item from source to destination library. I opened the item in destination form library and update some fields in the form once I submitted  form it will create automatically new item in the same form ...
