Thanks Patrick. I think as a first solution I will tell the users that they have first to store AND OPEN the relevant forms befor they cut the connection to the server. This works, I have tested it. Then I will read the help you told me and I´ll try it out. The Beta Version may be interesting, but I don´t think its possible to install another ...

So I want to realize this scenario: User copies / saves as my form local on his notebook. He filles the fields automatically and saves the form. Then he gets of the connection to the exchange server because he needs ...
