InfoPath Dev

So I've come across an issue. I created a few Person/Group Fields within Infopath. When I go to that list and switch to Datasheet View Mode I am unable to set a value and I have no options listed in the dropdown of the field. However the Person/Group Fields I created within the Sharepoint List are working fine. Is this a bug in Infopath?

So I tested out a form that I created. I originally had 9 People Picker Fields on the Form. I removed all of them just to test out the speed. The form only took 5 seconds to load without them. I then added just 1 People picker field to see the difference. After adding it, it went from 5 seconds to 35 seconds to load. Just wondering why it ...
