 So, I figured out how to change the option to Leave the form open or to open a new form on submit, but the two things I am seeing are: with Leave the Form Open it only saves the last record that I enter.  More like an edit vs. a new entry. with  Open a New Form I lose the data that is in the fields that I want to keep from record ...
