Hello, Thank you so much for the quick reply! It is a web browser form, there is only one submit and it is to a SharePoint 2013 form library that is in a subsite to the root one. It is 100% SharePoint and no Office 365. I've looked in the ULS Logs but I am not sure what I am looking at.

I've published this test form that I threw together really quick as a Site Content type. So I have a library that has this form as it's default form, but when a user submits it I want it to be stored in a different form library in a different sub site.
