Hooray!!! The issue is solved. We forgot to put the user in with the proper permissions to the database and tables. DUH!!!! Thanks, More questions will follow as we progress through this.

Uma, Thanks for the clarification. We are using main data connect and not using code to access SQL server.

We have built a starting InfoPath form that places data into SQL server tables. If I run fill out the form from Share Point and submit, my tables are properly updated.
