InfoPath Dev

i am using File -> save to save form to form library. There is no data connection on form. When i grant ''edit'', and ''delete'' permission for user, the error does not appear. But i do not want him to edit or delete form.

I create a form library on a SPS site. After a user ( who has ''ADD '' permission, he can not edit or delete form, just fill out and save the form ) filled out form, he click button Save. Infopath send message '' Infopath can not save form '', but the form is actually saved on the form library. This error does not happenned with a user with ...
