 Got it resolved. JUst had to donwload the template and republishing it after checking the data connections.

I am using Qdabra's Electronic Signature to apply digital signature into our InfoPath forms. I am using Office 365. I have uploaded the Signature Admin.stp file in List Templates (a new Team site) and created a library out of it.
