InfoPath Dev

 The way i have entered the list in the infoapth drop downs is singular for 1-9 then carrying on 10+ in the same way for both day & month values.  Should the singular values be 01, 02, 03 etc etc?

 The value for month is numerical with the corresponding month 'name' as Display name. Year is in YYYY format.  I have been advised the format should be MM/DD/YYYY which is the method i have used in the submit formula
