InfoPath Dev

I have two data connections for submitting a form. One connection sends the form to two people for approval in the form of an email. The other saves the form to a SharePoint Form Library. Both work fine independently, but I would like one SUBMIT button to do both things. Is this possible?

I have a secondary data connection to a Windows SharePoint Site List. I would like to have a drop box list all of the client codes in one column of the list and upon a user selecting a client code, the name appears (which is in another column in the list) in a text box to the right of the drop list. I am sure this can be done without coding ...
