I tested some users on IE10 in CV, with no success. So we too the decision to perform a full Farm reboot, as this issue was becoming business critical. The reboot to both App and WFE servers seems to have corrected the problem, although it would be good to see if anyone else has experienced the problem and what solutions they came across.

Hi Hilary, Thanks for your reply, we have a number of versions of IE within our business (legacy systems that require older versions to blame), but most are IE10. I personally am running IE11 already in Compatibility View. We seem to be seeing the issue with IE9/10 users, will test CV with some of these users are report back.

 I'm currently have the same issue with a number of browser based forms created in IP2013, having disabled the Enhanced Rich text option on the control.
