Not sure if I'm trying to do something you cannot do. I have a Purchase Order form in Infopath, that submits to a Sharepoint document library. If i create a new column in the document library for example 'order total' can i get the Infopath form to fill in that column based on the order total on the form when its submitted?

Hi, i set up around 4 years ago purchase order system on Sharepoint 2010 with an approval workflow, and was just a basic attach a spreadsheet, select an approver and it emailed them and then the bursar if approved.
