I have 2003 SP2 (11.6565.6568). I am hitting the save button (the disk icon). Yes it does ask for a name. No, the name is different. The form itself is called ''Work Request'' and when I save it back (after I fill it out) I named it by the project number. It does save it to the SharePoint server with the name I give it. Also, the date picker feature don't work when I put it in the form. It shows up, but when you click the calendar to pick the date, it does nothing. Any Suggestions?
