How can i - Attach Files to InfoPath Form, and have it (the attachment upload to Sharepoint library)???

I want to add and attachment (word document) to a InfoPath form, once the end user submit, the attachment is store in a SP library, the attachment should have a unique ID so when file is called upon again in the future it can easily be found. Have you done this before or is it possible?
