Hi Patrick, Thanks for the reply. Actually I'm not using rich text control at all, just a plain text box. The thing I don't understand is if I have the following text: line 1 line 2 line 3 and when it transform into word, it just displays ''line 1line 2line 3''. No line break. Any other suggestion of what I should do next? Thank you, Howard
