I have just gone thorugh a PC re-image. Pre re-image, i was able to go into outlook 2013 and use a feature under 'new Items" which allowed me to choose which Infopath form i wanted to open and send out via Outlook. The exact path to do this would be "New Items" - "More Items" - "Choose Infopath Form" - ...
