Hi Patrick, I did but I couldn't find anything on obtaining recent dates. I tried the ''max'' and ''last'' functions and they don't seem to work. The ''today'' function seems to work but the problem is I want to match the most recent date, not the current date. Do you have any suggestions?

Hi, I want to use ''Filter Data'' in the repeating sections properties to only display the section with the most recent date. I'm not too familiar with functions so can someone tell me what function to use to achieve this? Thank you.

Is there any way that the Print view can be sent as an attachment when submitting the form as an e-mail?

The email address field that I have is a drop down menu with options of various e-mail addressess but I want this to be automatically selected when the contact field is selected. Please help. Hi, How do I link 2 fields so that if field 1 contains text, field 2 will automatically fill with a corresponding text. For example, I have two fields called ''contact name'' and ''e-mail address''. Once I select a contact name, I want the ''e-mail address'' field to automatically insert the e-mail address corresonding to that contact name.

Hi Patrick, I actually wouldn't mind using the downlevel tool since my goal is for the e-mail recipient to only read the form that has already been filled out. My problem is I don't know how to use the downlevel tool. I know you have to use a JScript code but I don't konw where to put the code. Karen

Yes, it is a database connection query. When I type in a field to search, it brings up all the records that match that field on a single page. If I have 5 records that match the query, all 5 will show up on the same page. This is rather confusing to look at. Just wondering if I have to create a view specifically for this so that the records ...

When I do a query search on all the entries based on a specific day, I get multiple returns on one page. I guess it's because my form has repeating sections. But how do I get it to show me the results in separate pages? Is there a code that I have to use for the ''Run Query'' button?
