InfoPath Dev

 I have developed an InfoPath 2010 browser enabled form with multiple views. My requirement is to enabled users to be able to print all the views at once. I have also setup Page numbers at the bottom which doesn't show when in preview view. Any ideas will be appreciated.

 I have a requirement to have Multiple selection, up to four items. When an item is selected the rest should hide. Users can also select all the four times.
