I am having the same problem. I published the form and I do have the FPSE installed on IIS6 webserver. As the Admin, I can open the form without being asked to re-authenticate. Domain users, however, are asked for Username and PW. They can ''Cancel'' twice and the form opens. I tried altering Security Permissions on .xsn file and gave everything ...
