No solution to this problem ? Activating the protectd mode in IE for intranet zone seems to solve my problem. Though, it is a globally impacting way. It seems to be really linked to InfoPath, seems adding a mailto: link in a content editor webpart of SharePoint seems to work : there is a page refresh, but I come back to my original page.
