 Thank You Wilkies0106aw What I meant by question 1 was how to implement functionality that allows only certain users to amend options of drop-down. It needs to be visible to all. I;m pretty new to SP so if you have some spare mins to describe how to implement this it would be greatly appreciated. Rob
