I created a feedback form to be at the bottom of a help solution page.
It is simple. It asks "Was this helpful? (yes/no)" and a "Comments" field.
I pull this infopath form in as a WebPart at the bottom of each solution page.
What I am trying to figure out is how I can pull from the page that has the form inserted into it, ...
